We are a locally and family owned meat processor that processes any animal like Beef or Pork, also we do exotic animals like Buffalo, and Emu. We also do venison processing and sausage into anything you want. Also we make our own homemade sausages like Wieners, Bologna, Summer Sausage, and almost anything a normal supermarket store would carry for meats and also products they wouldn't, like maybe

Liver Sausage, Oatmeal Sausage, Braunschwager, Blood Sausage ext. So come on by and try something new or a local store that were carried in.
