Our shop serves Minden and all of Kearney County including Axtell, Campbell, Heartwell, Keene, Lowell, Newark, Norman, Gibbon, Hildreth, Holstein, Kenesaw, Upland, Wilcox, and Franklin. Some exceptions and exclusions may apply. Please call with questions. Delivery prices vary based on location. Officiality
Please be aware, this is our only official website. Ordering here or calling the shop is the only way to order directly from us. Any other choice is likely to involve a third-party order gatherer. Please beware of floral "order gatherers" and “wire out services” … it's a scam! Order gatherers take your money, call a real floral shop (like us), place your order for less than what you paid, and keep a commission for themselves. In hindsight, we have seen it as bad as a customer paying $150 for an arrangement and the order gatherer giving us $75 total for delivery and flowers all while pretending to be an uncle placing the order. Rest assured we will not accept any order if we think this is happening. However, they can be slick even to the trained and cautious person. Wire out services do the same by keeping a percentage of your purchase, charging for being the middleman, and adding numerous frivolous fees. We have seen instances where a customer paid $125 for $50 in product (while shown a picture doubled the value), $20 for in town delivery (quadruple our cost of in town delivery), and the rest was claimed to be allotted for taxes and “fees”. Please also note that third party order gatherers and wire out services do not provide an accurate representation of our work, our product, shop minimums, or cost of product. Pictures shown are generally misleading as they are usually worth twice the value they advertise and are often photoshopped or fake, setting unrealistic expectations and customer disappointment. For an accurate estimate of our costs, prices, delivery, fees, taxes, size of arrangements, product, availability, or any other questions, comments, or concerns, please contact us directly or stop by the shop. As always, we would be more than happy to help and accommodate as much as possible. To get the full product you pay for, minimal fees, deals/promotions/specials, accurate representation, orders made with love by ‘your neighbor kids’, and real customer service from local people who care and stand by their work, please only place your orders on our official website, call us directly, or stop by the shop. This is the only way to avoid these scams. Anywhere else you place an order intended for us, some third party is collecting a commission, and you are not getting the full bang for your buck. Tariffs
We received notice on April 7th, 2025, from our wholesaler that increasing tariffs will be affecting our flower supply. Most of the United States’ floral produce comes from Central and South America, which will now be subject to at least an additional 10% in tariffs. As a result, prices will be increasing for everyone involved including the farms, wholesalers, businesses like us, and ultimately our customers. We appreciate your understanding and we will continue to collaborate with our wholesaler to closely monitor. Delivery Policies
Customer satisfaction is our priority. We will do our best to meet our customers’ delivery requests. We will always try to communicate any deviations from regular procedure. Please call us with any questions you may have. Delivery Requests

For specific delivery requests, please include the details under “special instructions” during check out. To better serve you, please specify if you are expecting your delivery to arrive within a certain time frame. Same day delivery is usually available for orders placed before 1pm on weekdays and 11am on Saturdays, however, this may differ during holidays and special events. To confirm delivery availability, please call the shop before placing your order or as soon as possible. Holidays and Special Events

There may be times when we may not be able to guarantee a specific product, delivery location, date, or time, especially during holidays and special events. So, we can better serve you, please plan to place your holiday and event orders at least a week in advance. To confirm availability, please call the shop before placing your order. Recipient Not Home

If the recipient is not home when delivery is attempted, we will leave a note to pick up at the shop or call to re-schedule delivery. If the delivery is in town, we will try to re-deliver at a later time if possible. If we have not made contact by one hour before our shop closes, we will try to call recipient or sender. Deliveries will automatically be re-scheduled for the next business day if we are unable to make contact. For out-of-town deliveries, we may leave the arrangement in a safe place or with a neighbor. Funeral Delivery

For funeral services, we will coordinate with the funeral director to plan deliveries and moves according to service preparations. All orders will be delivered to the funeral service unless other requests have been made. Please specify if you would like your order to be delivered to the visitation. Please note, orders will be delivered at the discretion of the funeral director. For example, during larger funerals the director may choose to only include smaller items or direct family orders at the visitation. This may be due to size of funeral home, quantity of items, family request, logistics, or any other reason. We will do our best to have all orders delivered as requested, however, the funeral director has the final say and we will follow their recommendations. Orders placed to be delivered to the intermediate family's personal residence on the days of funeral proceedings will be taken to the service. Any orders placed after the initial funeral delivery cut off may still go out if there is an additional delivery or move, however this is not guaranteed. Orders received after this deadline may be denied or sent to the family the following day. We do occasionally make Sunday delivery exceptions for funerals. Please place orders for Sunday services to be completed on the closest business day before the service. Funeral delivery prices vary based on location, number of moves, and volume of orders. Please note we do try to decrease delivery costs to customers, if possible, by "car-pooling" orders during deliveries and moves. If you place an online order and we meet the quota for a mass delivery decrease, the rest of your delivery fee will be added to your product allowance. Anonymous Sender

All recipients reserve the right to know who sent them a delivery. If a card is not signed with an identity, the initials of the person who placed the order will be written on the back of the card. If the recipient calls and asks who sent the delivery, we will only disclose the first and last name of the person who placed the order, but no other personal information or contact details will be disclosed unless legal intervention is involved. We do not condone any form of harassment or offensive conduct. By placing an order, you agree to this policy. Refused Deliveries

If the recipient refuses a delivery, that order will be donated locally (hospital, nursing home, etc.). We will not be held responsible for notifying the sender. Refunds will not be given for refused orders. Schools

Schools in our area have asked that no items of any kind be delivered to students on school grounds. This is highly due to complications related to transportation and peer-to-peer interactions. Any order placed for a student to be sent to the school will be declined. Deliveries to staff have been approved. If you have any questions, please call the shop before placing your order. Hospital/Clinic

Orders for patients at the hospital are not recommended as there is no guarantee they will be able to keep it in their room, especially food items as many patients are on diet restrictions. It may also be difficult for them to transport the items home. It is recommended that you send your order to their residence after they have been discharged. Orders placed for patients at the hospital will still be accepted and delivered, however the rest will be at hospital staff discretion. We are not responsible for complications that may occur with your order at the hospital once it has been delivered. Orders for hospital and clinic staff are approved. No latex of any kind is allowed. Bethany Home

Orders for residents and staff of Bethany Home are approved. Please be mindful of possible allergens, dietary accommodations, and size restrictions when ordering. Staff will use their discretion. Your order may be delayed if there is no receptionist. Cemetery

No glass, super breakable, or large items are allowed in cemeteries in our delivery area. We will do our best to place and secure items as much as possible. However, we cannot make any guarantees regarding the safety or durability of your item due to the nature of being outside in the weather and publicly accessible. Please note we will always use the most durable and secure products as possible. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We are not responsible for the maintenance of provided containers; however, we will treat them with the utmost care and caution. Ground keepers will use their discretion related to what items are deemed acceptable, clean up, and mowing. We will not be responsible for retrieving or removing your ordered items. Product Requests

For specific products, please include the details under “special instructions” during check out. There may be times when we may not be able to guarantee a specific product, flower, color, etc., especially during holidays and special events. To better serve you, please plan to place special orders at least a week in advance so we can try to plan to have your preferred product available. Special ordered products will need payment in full at the time order is placed. Please call the shop to inquire about current inventory or schedule a consultation appointment. Product Variations

We will always do our best to make sure your order looks the best! We try to make it look as similar as possible to your recipe description within your price range. Please keep in mind there may be variations when working with live plants and flowers. Ingredients shown in pictures may vary by type and quantity. Please read our policy on substitutions. Pictures on the website are usually displayed as one sided with all ingredients facing the front. We will typically make most arrangements all around unless otherwise specified. Funeral arrangements are usually one-sided. Please know, we will fill based on price, not the exact recipe shown in display pictures. Substitution Policy

Occasionally, substitutions of flowers, greenery, plants, containers, and add-ons may be necessary due to availability. We will do our best to ensure that all substitutions are as similar as possible and of equal or greater value. In the event of any drastic differences or unavailability, we will be sure to contact the sender for approval before we start the project. If you have something specific in mind, please call the shop to inquire about availability before placing your order. To better serve you, please plan to place your order a week in advance. This way we can try to plan our inventory accordingly to provide you with the freshest and most desired product. By placing your order, you agree to substitutions based on florist discretion of greater or equal value. Message Content

Any card having an offensive or inappropriate message will not be sent. We will re-write the card to have only the sender’s name and will report any concerns to the proper authorities. Pick Up Orders

Pick-up orders should be paid for in advance. No call no shows will not be refunded or replaced. Cancellations

We understand things happen. You may cancel a standard order at any time prior to delivery. To cancel an order, please call the shop right away. Custom, large, or specialty pieces can usually be cancelled prior to being arranged. However, there are some instances where we may require a certain percentage to cover cost and labor already applied. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis and at our discretion. Please call the shop as soon as possible. Custom Commissions

Feel free to include customization requests and preferences under “special instructions” during check out. If you would like to request a custom piece or project, please call the shop to schedule a consultation appointment. Please come prepared with the following details: location, date, price range, type of product, colors, ideas, and reference pictures. Payment in full is needed at the time order is placed. Special Events

Please call the shop to schedule a consultation for special event order requests (prom, weddings, dances, etc.). Funerals

For specialty funeral work (caskets toppers, standing sprays, wreaths, urn surrounds, family pieces, etc.) and custom pieces, it is recommended that you call ahead to schedule an appointment. We require payment in full at the time of ordering unless other arrangements have been made. Order Questions

If you have questions about an order that was already placed, please call the shop. Along with your question, please provide us with the name of the sender and date the order was submitted, or the name of the receiver and the date of delivery. Please note any refunds may take 5-10 business days to clear. Hours of Operation

We are regularly open on weekdays 10am- 5pm. There are some exceptions related to special events. During holidays, we are often open on weekends. This will be announced on our page. We are also open by appointment. If you would like to visit outside of our regular working hours, please call the shop. We would be happy to accommodate as much as possible. In the event that we would need to be closed (life events, holidays, family emergencies, weather, etc.) we will be sure to post on our social media pages. Taxes

Currently Nebraska states taxes are 5.5% and local city of Minden taxes are 2% for a total of 7.5% applied to transactions. If you are tax exempt, please provide us with a completed Form 13. Please specify if you are placing an order that is tax exempt. House Accounts

We are no longer offering open enrollment for charge accounts. There are few exceptions for businesses and customers via an application process and contract for line of credit. Alternatively, with our new system, we can now securely store a credit card number on file for your convenience. If you would like more information about this option, please call the shop. Planning Your Visit

We look forward to seeing you! We are located at 220 E. 6th Street and YES, it is a church! There is street parking directly in front of our store and around the corner. Our main entrance is up the stairs to the doors on southwest corner of our building. We also have ADA access, a ramp, and handicap parking on the north side. If you require any assistance and/or special accommodations, please call the shop ahead of time so we can do our best to help! We do not offer a public restroom. We offer places to sit if you would like to take it easy or stay and chat for a while. We even have a table and chairs that are generally available for consultations or small gatherings. Feel free to bring a drink and stay a while! Badged service animals are welcome. While it is not required, a call ahead may be helpful on our end as we usually bring our own dog, Spike, to work with us daily. While we don't anticipate any complications, this would allow us to avoid the potential all together. Other than badged serviced animals, we do not recommend bringing animals into the shop unless there is a legitimate safety concern or your visit has been pre-planned. Please note our shop may contain allergens related to animals, plants and flowers such as hair, dander, pollen, saps, compounds, and chemicals. We do carry food products in our shop that may contain allergens as well. We also have a shop dog that comes to work with us daily. He is very friendly and knows he is supposed to be professional at work but he still sometimes barks. While we will always do our best to accommodate, we will not be held responsible for any contact with allergens or triggers.
