We are an organized, voluntary association of people who share a love of Celtic piping, music, and dance, and our mission is not only to provide a venue where they may be shared, but also to provide a place where players can get competition practice to help improve their playing levels and skills. To advance that mission, we select monthly Local Heroes whose efforts to excel in their chosen area d
eserve our recognition, and we provide several scholarship gifts each year to piping and drumming players to help further develop their talents. Our members benefit from and participate in monthly meetings that provide opportunities for:
1) social interaction with others who also have a deep interest in Celtic traditions and music.
2) BCPA-standard competitions that challenge beginning and experienced pipers and drummers alike.
3) musical entertainment that ranges from Professional grade piping to Celtic bands, folk singers, pipe bands, and dance troupes from both Scottish and Irish traditions. As a non-profit, mutual benefit corporation, we welcome the donations that help make our continuing mission possible.
