HOLY CRAP!!!! You all showed up for us this weekend and we really well and truly felt the love because WE SOLD OUT OF EVERYTHING!😭😭😭 The unfortunate news with this is that since there is no more food to serve, we wont be serving today and were going to be moving to just a Friday and Saturday, 5-Midnight schedule for the time being while we evaluate the logistics of getting more food into your mouths. Seriously thank you all so much again for putting this lil food truck into the hearts and mouths of our fellow community members. It was such a wonderful opening weekend and we're excited to see what the future holds! We'll see all your beautiful faces next week with a completely new menu! Love you all!! 🥰🫰😸 See less

Hello all you cool cats! Just want to let you know that we're teaming up with Harbor Room on 117 E. Greenfield ave. THIS SUNDAY for the Pride Parade and we'll be serving from 2PM-6PM or until supplies run out! We have a really close connection to the LGBTQ+ community and want to be there to show our love, support, and serve tasty food to everyone so we've devised a small but delicious menu for everyone. Get there while supplies last! I love you all and cant wait to see all youre beautiful faces! (p.s. dont forget that next friday is our grand opening!! Hey all! I just want to give a huge and serious thank you to my entire community. You have shown nothing but support and understanding and as I am sure all of you know, I had to take a bit of a step back and a bit of time to rest and recover but I'm back at it and looking at an incredible summer for you all and speaking of, LETS FREAKING GOOOOOOOOOO!!!!! GET YOUR CALENDARS READY BECAUSE GRAND OPENING OF THE FOOD TRUCK IS OFFICIALLY IN TWO WEEKS!!!!! FRIDAY, JUNE 12TH, outside of Red Maple MKE starting AT 5:00PM UNTIL MIDNIGHT OR UNTIL SUPPLIES RUNOUT! Catch me outside of Red Maple MKE every FRIDAY, SATURDAY, AND SUNDAY AFTER! You all have been incredible in helping support this business and getting it to the starting line so let me take over and start to feed you some delicious food! There are a lot of humbling moments in life where you think you're on top of the world and everything goes according to plan until the universe decides to put you a little bit in your place. I had such a moment like that yesterday. I royally screwed up the egg custard tarts for service today thinking to myself, "what could go wrong?" and everything went wrong Out of the 8 that were made, only two survived BUT in the words of an incredibe individual,"It's not about the mistake but how you bounce back from it." So after problem solving and learning to be patient, WE HAVE A NEW DESSERT ITEM (and it turned out beautifully!!!!) Check the menu below for the deets. Hey there cool cats! Thank you so much for coming out last week to show Cory all of your support which led to him selling out of food so thank you so much for that! Eric is going to be leading the charge this time around and we've got a pretty awesome menu for you featuring some new flavors we've been working on that we couldn't be more excited for you to try! There will be LIMITED PORTIONS of the pork belly so make sure to get on down and claim some while supplies last. Hello cool cats! We're back tomorrow with a couple new menu items and a fan favorite brought back by popular demand! We'll be serving out of Clementines Tavern MKE THIS SUNDAY starting at 1:00PM and until we run out! Cory will be running the show tomorrow so come out and show him some love! As far as the truck itself goes, we're wrapping up logistics and ironing out details for our grand opening of the food truck so you'll hear more details about that in the coming days but in the meantime, get on over to clems at 1pm tomorrow for some incredibly comforting food and as always, we love you all and can't wait to see your wonderful faces! 😁🫰😸
