It’s the little details that make a big difference.

Making sure every place setting is just right, silverware is in the correct order, napkins are perfectly placed, and every table looks exactly as planned. These are the details your day-of coordinator handles behind the scenes.

So when guests arrive, everything is picture-perfect and you don’t have to lift a finger🤍

Soft seating areas create the perfect space for guests to relax, mingle, and enjoy the celebration away from the dance floor. From cozy lounge vignettes to statement furniture pieces, these thoughtful touches add both comfort and style to your event.

Because great events are about creating spaces where every guest feels welcome. ✨

A great tent does more than provide coverage, it completely transforms a space.

From wide open fields to backyard celebrations, tent rentals create the foundation for an unforgettable event day. Functional, beautiful, and able to make any space feel intentional, elevated, and guest-ready no matter the weather.

Day of coordination is so much more than keeping a timeline on track ✨

It’s making sure the little things are handled, stepping in before problems happen, and helping couples actually enjoy their day without the stress.

We believe an elevated experience comes from going above and beyond for our couples, their families, and every guest in the room 🤍

✨ Bloom Bar: an Under the Sun elevated experience ✨

One of our favorite ways to make an event feel a little more special.🌸

Guests get to pick out their own stems and build a bouquet to take home. It’s simple, it’s pretty, and people genuinely love it. It gives everyone a chance to slow down for a minute and create something of their own.

Perfect for weddings, showers, or really any gathering where you want to add a thoughtful, interactive touch.

Fresh flowers, a beautiful setup, and a favor your guests will actually keep 💫

The magic you see on a wedding day? ✨
That’s no accident. It’s coordination done right.

Brett & Lauren’s day was seamless from start to finish, and a huge part of that was having an incredible wedding day-of coordinator from Under the Sun Event Production ☀️

From keeping the timeline on track, to handling the behind-the-scenes details (so no one else had to), to making sure every special moment was actually enjoyed instead of stressed over.

That’s the difference.

Because on your wedding day, you deserve to be fully present, not worrying about what’s next.

Vendors flowed, the energy stayed high, and the dance floor never skipped a beat 💃🪩

If you’re on the fence about a coordinator… this is your sign.
