Brain began his career with The Bartolotta Restaurants in 1995 and has since gained experience in the Milwaukee hospitality industry. Brian is excited to rejoin The Bartolotta Restaurants because “I seek to work with the best and most dedicated in the industry to set trends, develop top-notch talent, and raise the bar in all venues I may be exposed to.
