One year of Britt & Alex 🥲🥹

Was I going to clean out my camera roll? Sure.
Was I going to delete any of these? Absolutely not.

This day was also proof that thoughtful design changes everything.

Something as simple as swapping in those beautiful bentwood chairs from & adding not 1️⃣ but 2️⃣ lounge sets courtesy of completely transformed Turner Hall!

It wasn’t just about how it looked, it was how it felt for guests traveling in from far & wide. It was warm, inviting & so unique to you!

Same venue, completely different experience.

This one felt like a love letter…💌

With this editorial, we set out to explore what it looks like when a wedding becomes a reflection of your love story, layered with story, soul & intention.

We had Spanish cocktail hour music playing all day, everyone moving a little faster, laughing a little louder & it all came together so naturally 💃🏽

Truly one of those days you wish you could bottle up!

From standing up in one of our favorite weddings last season to now planning your own, this one feels extra special ♡

So excited to officially welcome Monica & Kyle as a Unique by Monique couple 😎

We’ll be bringing their June wedding to life at the beautiful Grand Geneva Resort & Spa & fun fact, this will actually be our first wedding there!

Whenever we step into a new venue, we always make it a point to really get familiar with the space ahead of time so on wedding day, there are zero surprises & everything runs seamlessly 🫡

We recently got to do just that at the Spring Lake Geneva Wedding Society event hosted by & (both well deserving winners of ’s Best-of Awards this year 🏆)

Monica & Kyle, I can already tell your day is going to be so incredible & we cannot wait to dive into planning with you!

Okay but can we hear it for the moms who somehow keep it together on wedding days… because I’m crying behind the camera every single time. 🥹😭

If I remember correctly, Sitori’s mom was actually the one who found my page first & sent my info to her daughter, so watching her help Sitori into her dress, pull on those beautiful lace gloves & place her veil felt like the sweetest full-circle moment. ♡

& then Parker’s dance with his mom… not a dry eye in the room!

Weddings are about the newlyweds, of course, but moments like these are such a beautiful reminder of how much family love is woven into every part of the day.

Happy Mother’s Day to all the moms loving hard behind the scenes & right in the middle of it all. 👸

Happy Birthday to my right hand, my calm in the chaos, and the one who quite literally saved my life this past wedding season 🫶🏼

Rachel… from dance team bus rides back in 2016 to now leading weddings alongside me at Unique by Monique, it’s been such a full circle moment watching you step into who you are today. And truly, I don’t know what I’d do without you!

This past season, you showed up in such a big way. You stepped into a lead role with confidence, took care of our couples like they were your own & handled every challenge with so much grace 😇

I’m still thinking about how you navigated that pianist for our sweet couple & made sure everything happened exactly as planned!!

& yes we cannot forget the wedding where you literally saved my life… I really thought we were going to keep that one between us, but luckily our bride didn’t find out until months later 😅

To our couples, this is who you have in your corner. Someone who will advocate for you, stay calm under pressure & make sure your day is protected no matter what.

Rachel, I am so proud of you. Not just for what you do, but for how you show up. I hope this year brings you so much growth, happiness & everything you’ve been working toward ♡

& to our future couples, you can rest-assured Rachel is the closest thing to a clone of myself (until technology can catch up at least 😉)

You couldn’t get me out of this industry if you tried! Truth is, I’m not going anywhere!!

If anything, I’m more in it than ever. 2026 is almost fully booked & I’m already chatting with my 2027 couples! what is time?!

Respectfully, I’ll be right here, thriving, timeline in hand… or a stack of towels IYKYK… running your dream day to perfection 🤓
