We are seeking a personable, reliable permanent part-time delivery driver for a busy downtown florist. The delivery route will be in the downtown, East Side, and North Shore areas, so you must have a working knowledge of Milwaukee streets, be able to follow directions, problem-solve, and work independently. -A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and proof of insurance.

Full-Time Floral Designer
Belle Fiori is a premier, full-service flower shop located in the upper east side of Milwaukee. We are seeking a talented, energetic designer for a full-time position in our shop. The ideal candidate will have an excellent eye for design, working knowledge of arranging fresh flowers, and enjoyment of working in-person with customers. As a Belle Fiori designer, you will be creating arrangements for our neighborhood clients as well as for Milwaukee’s most prestigious businesses, events, and restaurants. You must have an eye for detail, a passion for floral design, and a strong customer service background. Our workplace is relaxed and friendly, and we work as a cohesive team, so you must be as positive about doing design as you are about answering the phone or cleaning out the occasional cooler. Courtesy and excellent customer service is our hallmark. We all work to ensure an outstanding customer experience so that the ideal candidate will be looking for more than just a job; they will be looking to become part of a team. This is a full-time, permanent position. Belle Fiori is open from 8:30 AM-5:00 PM Monday- Fridays, and 8:30 AM- 2:00 PM on Saturdays, with extra hours during holidays and event set up.

Job Duties Include:
Designing with fresh floral, live plants, and unique botanical materials
Designing to specific recipes
Greeting and helping clients
Answering the phone, taking daily orders
Proficiency in retail sales and cross-selling add-ons
Willingness to step in as a floral assistant during busy times
Keeping a current knowledge of flowers and plants to help clients with selections
Willingness to work occasional overtime hours during peak holiday times (Valentine’s Day, wedding season, Christmas)

The ideal candidate will have:
Two years or more of design experience, preferably in a retail or grocery setting.
Wedding and event experience in the Milwaukee area
Working knowledge of the Teleflora Dove POS system
A working understanding of the floral daily delivery process
Ability to lift 40 lbs. without assistance
Valid Drivers license

Compensation and Benefits:
