The Wisconsin Center is one of the few convention centers we know of that people visit just to admire, but don't let that fool you; it's a hard-working facility in a hard-working city. The Wisconsin Center is designed for both sensory delight and astonishing efficiency, and operated with strict attention to customer service. It's home to the $1.2 million Burke Family Collection of commissioned and

integrated art, and some of the most advanced and IT infrastructure anywhere. With equal ease, it handles the gritty realities of tradeshow setup and offers exquisite elegance for formal banquets. With help from Focus on Energy and Eppstein Uhen Architects (EUA), the Wisconsin Center District turned this massive expansion into a blueprint for what energy efficiency can look like at scale!

We are thrilled to welcome .hq , 3-4,000 National Guard Association of the United States members for the 2025 NGAUS General Conference, taking place at Baird Center on August 22-25, with attendees staying at hotels throughout downtown.

We last welcomed them in 2011 and 1998, and after booking the business in 2022, we can’t wait for them to finally experience the newly expanded Baird Center. We expect this event to generate over $7 million in economic impact for the community.
