🚨 IMPORTANT INFORMATION 🚨
👉 Prior to OFFICIALLY booking an event with us, we do a REQUIRED 1 hr ZOOM consultation to speak with you on the vision of your expected event with a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $200 (which will then be deducted from your selected event package total once deposit is given, and contract signed). If you choose to no longer move forward with our services and go elsewhere, deposit is not returned as stated above.
👉 Elaborate events of 100 guests or MORE REQUIRE a 6 month booking in advance for proper consultation and preparation.
👉 Smaller events of 100 guests or LESS REQUIRE a 3 month booking in advance for proper consultation and preparation.
👉 NO spots will be separated or held without deposit! The 1hr consultation fee DOES NOT count as a deposit for secured date. We’re “hypothetically” speaking. NO deposit, NO signed contract means NO event. Please be considerate and mindful. Book your events ahead of time with proper planning so we can give you the BEST of the BEST service!
