We checked out the Eleanor Roosevelt Fruit and Vegetable Garden at the Obama Presidential Center. It was beautiful and yet another reminder that when we eat locally not only does it benefit our bodies, but also our planet. 🌍 Seasonal local food uses fewer fertilizers and travels shorter distances to our tables. 💚
