👋 Hi, I’m Hannah! The planner, coordinator, wedding day problem solver, and person behind Charmate Events. 👋

Charmate Events exists because I believe you should get to actually EXPERIENCE the wedding you’re spending months planning.

That means having someone in your corner who knows the plan, communicates with your vendors, answers your questions, thinks about the things you didn’t know you needed to think about, and handles what’s happening behind the scenes so you, your mom or maid of honor don’t have to.

I’m big on communication, organization, transparency, and helping you create a wedding that actually feels like YOU (and not one filled with things you think you’re “supposed” to do).

Since we’re going to spend quite a bit of time together, you should probably know a few things about me too!
🍎 I’m a former teacher
🍌 I make award-winning banana bread AND bacon jalapeño dip (of course, I’ll share the recipe)
📋 There WILL be a Plan B, a Plan C, and probably a Plan D too.
💍 I will always be very excited to watch you marry your best friend

💍 You could FEEL how excited everyone was to celebrate these two. 💍

Emma & Josh’s wedding at The Best Place was one of those days where the energy was there from the very beginning. Everyone was excited, everyone was ready to celebrate, and by the end of the night that dance floor was PACKED. 💃🕺

There were so many little details that made the day feel like them including a guest book where everyone got to draw themselves (SO freaking cute), a Chicago Cubs cake, live music, and Ian’s Pizza for the late-night snack. 🍕👏

💍 Summer of 2026, you were a GOOD one. 💍

Before we officially move into the fall wedding season, I had to take a look back at the summer of 2026!

I was behind the scenes keeping timelines moving, coordinating vendors, fluffing dresses, and solving the little things my couples never needed to know about. While so many couples finally got to experience the day we’d spent months talking about.

Plus, I got to watch a whole lot of people marry their best friends, and that’s a pretty freaking good way to spend a summer. 💕
