The City of Milwaukee has proposed a plan called Growing MKE and RT5, which are ordinances that will speed up gentrification.

Come learn about 175 resident-authored protections that will make our neighborhoods strong for the next 100 years and how to demand the City of Milwaukee, political representatives, developers, investors, et al to implement these solutions to prevent gentrification, black land theft, home displacement, mass eviction, and homelessness of its residents and neighborhoods.

- “Temperature’s Rising” wearable arts exhibition

Adding to the energy summarizing the year, video installations from the 2024 artist talks and titillating “Temperature’s Rising” Fashion Show will be on view as well.
