Menu- amuse bouche- butternut squash ravioli in brown butter & sage- first, red & golden beets w/ goat's cheese over baby spinach w/ balsamic vinaigrette, main, Dijon & herb roasted rack of lamb w/ wild mushroom risotto & brown sugar roasted carrot & parsnip bundles, dessert, lemon mousse w/ fresh berries
