Received my supply of Divine Swine seasoning today. I used this a couple weeks ago and had family members who have been at nearly every catering event I have done eat it. Was told it was Best Pork I have ever made. I knew when I unwrapped to pull and tasted it was special.

Our friend Grant Shoffner and Wonderful BBQ is the Chef who formulated it. Reach out to him to get you some. You won't regret. Tell him the crazy guy on top the mountain sent you.

We are set up in Buckhannon, WV this weekend participating in a KCBS sanctioned BBQ competition. This is our first competition in years but we are already having a great time.

Please help out all of us food truck owners. Please try to book and schedule a food truck for your event at least 1 month prior to the event.
We all try to book our schedules to accommodate as many events as possible and to provide outstanding food for your event. This all requires a certain amount of time to do so.

Well, it’s been 6 years since we competed in a KCBS competition.
In 2 weeks we will be in Buckhannon, WV to go at it again in the Almost Heaven BBQ Bash.
Lets see if I remember all the secrets that made us successful in the past.

Another wonderful day at Blenko Glass.
We met some very nice people in the other food trucks too. Always great to see the field expanding with youngsters like the folks with Wild N Wonderful Rolls. Some of the best pepperoni rolls you will ever eat.
