My face hurt after this family’s session! We laughed the entire time!

I’ve known them for years! We have spent many spring evenings on the sidelines of a ballgame rooting for one another’s sons and that’s a gift you can’t pay for!

They are tight knit, Jesus loving and fun loving people and I’m so honored to have been able to capture them on such a beautiful evening!!

We hit a bunch of his favorite spots with childhood memories. I’m beginning to think that’s this is one of the sweetest ways to begin the graduation process. Not necessarily a “goodbye” to your childhood but maybe one more jaunt that’s captured before life begins to pull harder toward adulthood! Elijah is so creative, bright, warm and a wonderful conversationalist! I cannot wait to see the fun things God has in store for such a special young man!

My boys saw me editing a baseball players photos this morning and I have never seen them so interested in my work. …..but to be honest, this handsome young man is so much more than a ball player! During his session, he was kind, and thoughtful. He was warm and funny, and the relationship he has with his parents told me there was something special between them all! This young man is a one of a kind!
