Anyone planning a cookie exchange for the holidays - here are some suggestions to keep it easy for your guests that may be intimidated to make holiday goodies..

EASY CHRISTMAS COOKIES 🎄

GRINCH CAKE MIX COOKIES:
1 box vanilla cake mix
⅓ cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
½ tsp vanilla
Green food coloring
⅓ cup confectioners sugar
⅓ cup cornstarch
Candy hearts

PEPPERMINT MELTAWAYS:
⅓ cup unsalted butter
⅓ cup sweetened condensed milk
½ tsp peppermint extract
1 cup cornstarch
1 cup powdered sugar
1½ tbsp unsalted butter
1½ tablespoons heavy cream
⅛ – ¼ tsp peppermint extract
crushed peppermint candies

CHRISTMAS PINWHEEL COOKIES:
1¼ cups granulated sugar
1 cup salted butter softened
1½ tsp vanilla extract
1 large egg
3 cups all-purpose flour
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp red liquid food coloring

GINGERBREAD KISS COOKIES:
cups all-purpose flour
2¼ tsp ground ginger
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
¾ tsp ground nutmeg
½ tsp ground allspice
¾ cup salted sweet cream butter
¾ cup light brown sugar
½ cup + 2 tbsp molasses
1 large egg
1½ tsp vanilla extract
30 Hershey’s Hugs kisse
Sanding sugar

CHRISTMAS M&M COOKIES:
2½ cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup salted sweet cream butter
¾ cup light brown sugar
½ cup granulated sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 large egg
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup red and green m&m’s

PEPPERMINT SNOWBALL COOKIES:
2 cups + 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
2 tsp cornstarch
1 cup salted sweet cream butter
3 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp pure peppermint extract
½ tsp pure vanilla extract
1¼ cup mini chocolate chips
5-6 drops food color gel
¼ cup peppermint candies
