Never done a 5K before? This one is for you! 👟

The Mad Dash 5K is for everyone - whether you want to run, jog, walk, or take it at your own pace. There’s no need to be a seasoned runner to join us! Come enjoy a one of a kind 5K through the greens and fairways of Mad Russian Golf Course, have some fun, and make some memories along the way. ⛳

It’s all about getting out on the course and enjoying the experience! Sign up today and bring your friends and family along for the fun. Performance tees are not guaranteed after September 7.

The best part? We’ll have a lemonade, mimosa, and Bloody Mary bar open during the post-race party! AND your registration includes one free drink ticket to use at the bar!! 🥂

Keep the adventure going! Our Adult Hiking Club is continuing through December! Join us once a month to explore a new trail, stay active, and connect with fellow adventurers. 🌲

Open to ages 16+, hikers will meet at the MAC at 8 am before heading out to a different trail each month and return to the MAC around 1 pm. Hike locations, distances, and difficulty levels vary each month. Please bring a packed lunch. Detailed hike information can be found on our website.

🥾 Saturday, October 10 - Little Thompson Overlook Trail in Boulder (3 miles)

Step into the outdoors and explore the beauty of Northern Colorado with us in our Trail Walking Program through December! Each Sunday, we’ll head to a different trail for fresh air, light exercise, and great company, the perfect way to end your weekend on a positive note. This program is for ages 16+ and meets at the MAC before heading out (transportation is provided). Each session runs from 8–11 am and is just $5, or join any of our local hikes for FREE! 🥾

🌿 September 6 - Johnstown Reservoir Loop is a 1.2 mile walking trail in Johnstown with an elevation gain of 6 feet (Free!)
🌿 September 13 - Evans Riverside Park Loop is a 1.8 mile walking trail in Evans with an elevation gain of 13 feet ($5)
🌿 September 20 - Houts Reservoir Walking Loop is a 1.8 mile walking trail in Loveland with an elevation gain of 13 feet ($5)
🌿 September 27 - Milliken Centennial Lake Loop is a 0.7 mile walking trail in Milliken with an elevation gain of 6 feet (Free!)

Happy National Dog Day! 🐶🎉

Today we’re celebrating all the pups who make life a little happier, and we can’t wait to celebrate them at Dog Days in just TWO WEEKS! Join us Saturday, September 12, from 10 am to 12 pm for swimming, splashing, a dog obstacle course, prizes, and a whole lot of of tail-wagging fun.

Dogs 6 months and older with current vaccinations are welcome. The first 25 dogs receive a goodie bag! 🐾

$5 per dog at the door. No registration required. Only 40 dogs are allowed in the pool area at a time, so arrive early!
