So most of you who know me well, know there is a place in my heart for four legged furry friends. I mean my first dog (Dusty) still sits in a wooden urn on my mantle in my house. You see my many post of Maximus, Archimedes and Meowington as if they were real human children, and to me they are! However I have said this once before, and I'll say it again, if you give a dog a home, in the end, they wind up giving you so much more. I recently spoke with the coordinator of the Baldwin Co animal shelter. The good news is that they have been given a new facility in the old sheriff's dept building which is a much bigger facility than they previously had and will allow them to house many more dogs. The bad part is, with all the new room provided, comes the need for additional capital to utilize that space efficiently. I did a raffle a few years back that helped with funding. So here we go..... 2020 is blessed with 2 screaming hot concert tours in the US. The first one is the return of Motley Crue with Def Leppard, Poison, and Joan Jett. The other tour is the Farewell to The Yellow Brick Road Tour w/ Elton John which is in its final year and could be the last time to see him perform live. The seats location for the Motley Crue concert at Suntrust Park in Atlanta GA is section A3 row 1 which is front row right center floor. These seats are commanding $1000's of dollars and the concert is sold out. The Elton John Seats are for Columbia SC and are in row 6 of the arena floor and are also commanding $1000's for the sold out show. From now until the night of March 17th I will be selling raffle tickets at $3 per ticket to win tickets to one of these shows to be picked by the winner . On St Paddy's day I will be live at the at the Brick for the drawing. I will also broadcast it live on Facebook on my Stubshack page. So please help me help the shelters fur babies move and be comfortable in their new home as well as a chance to attend one of these shows! I hope to see a bunch of you on St Paddy's day at The Brick.
