This Mother’s Day weekend, I had the pleasure of hosting a “Mother’s Day Brunch” for a lovely group of women in a small, intimate setting. The menu featured an array of delicious dishes, including Chicken and Waffles, Shrimp and Grits, Bacon, Toast, and Fresh Fruit. The day was filled with enjoyable games and thought-provoking conversations about the importance of motherhood. Sharing meals together has a unique ability to unite families. This event was outstanding, and I am grateful it was my first brunch of the year. Thank you to everyone for your support. Vardgohard Meals & Catering

I’m thrilled to report that Year 4 of the Arthealthy Festivalwas an absolute blast. I’d like to take a moment to express my heartfelt thanks to those who supported my booth and business - you guys rock. Toyia Barnesand my better half, Talecia Warren, deserve a huge round of applause for pulling off an incredibly smooth event. The nursing program volunteers were total rockstars, providing top-notch support with setting up my tent and booth, as well as unloading my truck. The level of assistance was seriously impressive, with vendors getting help setting up the moment they arrived. I feel like a total VIP to have been a part of such a well-oiled machine. I’d also like to give a huge shoutout to my goddaughter, Jayla Foster, and Kingston Jenkins, for their invaluable help. Despite their crazy schedules, they took the time to lend a hand with taking orders, prepping plates, and assembling fruit bowls. And if that wasn’t enough, they even performed with the high achievers on the main stage. Jayla’s been an integral part of my team since she was 12 and has consistently shown some serious skills as an assistant. Thanks a million, guys. Can’t wait til next year !! This past weekend, I had the honor of helping Sodexo, Georgia College and State University cater the Baldwin High School distinguished alumni dinner where I had a chance to meet some of our former students that went to Baldwin high school and I also had a chance to see my old coach “Coach, James Lunsford” and one of my old teammate

Melvin “Fish Scales”Adams. It was an honor and I’m so proud of each of our distinguished alumni Go Braves 4eva!!

Also I’d like to thank the help of the GCEC students for help of decorating and breaking down of the event. Super proud of these young scholars ❤️❤️❤️
