Artisan white bread...3 cups of flour1 teaspoon of saltMix 1st 2 ingredients in a bowl1.5 cups of warm water2 teaspoons ...

Artisan white bread...

3 cups of flour
1 teaspoon of salt
Mix 1st 2 ingredients in a bowl

1.5 cups of warm water
2 teaspoons of active dry yeast
1-2 teaspoons of sugar
Mix these ingredients Ina measuring cup and let it bloom for 5 minutes or until foamy

Add wet to dry, Mix with a spatula until combined
Cover with a towel, let proof all day for better results
Preheat oven at 400 with enamel cast iron inside
Roll dough onto Parchment paper, cut slits on dough
Pour olive oil over top of dough, bake 30 minutes covered and 3 minutes uncovered under broiler

Let rest until cool, enjoy!
