High on the Hog Catering has been servicing the CT and Eastern part of NY for over 20 years. Our specialties are smoked meats, spit-roasts (yep, pig roasts) and our specialty rubs, marinades & sauces our grill masters use. High on the Hog formed CT Catering 4 years ago to manage the "organic" side of things. We specialize also in Italian entrees, Americana favorites and fusion cuisine.

Avalon's recent birthday dinner was a farm to table request. She wanted flank steak so dad created this delicious stuffed version. Her meal was rounded out with butternut squash soup, roasted fingerling potatoes and steamed asparagus.
