It's illegal to release balloons into the sky in Delaware. Once the balloons fall out of the sky, the balloons become a hazard for marine life and other wildlife.

Releasing balloons into the sky can result in penalties of $25 or more for the release of one to four balloons, or $250 or more, plus eight hours of community service, for the release of five or more balloons.

One step closer to an official opening of Peace,Joy and Doves.
My White Doves are in training for display & release at your special events. Also, a fun ever changing photo venue.
Check out this vintage pram I was lucky enough to find at Maggie's Antiques in Milford. It then went Kevin at Stayton's Auto Interior for the frame to be built, while Darlene at Cozy Corner Alterations sewed the netting cover. It will be used for baby showers, reveal parties, etc.
