After an incredible journey, we’ve sold the food truck and are officially closing this chapter.
To everyone who stood in line, tracked us down at events, recommended us to friends, or came back for “just one more” meal—thank you. Your support meant the world to us.
We’ll miss a lot of things, but one thing we’ll miss most is that unmistakable first-bite reaction. You know the one: the eyebrows go up, the head nod starts, and suddenly the person who was talking a mile a minute is completely silent. As food truck owners, that’s about as close to a standing ovation as you can get.
We’ve always believed that great food does more than fill a stomach—it creates good moods, good memories, and great days. We hope we were able to do a little of that for our community over the years.
Thank you for letting us be part of your lives and your celebrations. It’s been an honor serving you, and we’re excited to see where the truck’s next adventure leads.
