The final day for the Cafe will be November 23, 2025.
Please join us on Saturday, Nov 22 for our Send off event. Where we can see you all, serve you and give our littles one last soft-play day at their favorite spot, Village & Venue.
Thank you for the support over the years, the ones who continued to show up for us and are truly upset we are leaving we appreciate you more than I could ever express.
Soft Play Rules -> You will not be able to access soft play if you do not follow the rules. Soft play is for customers ONLY! You will gain access via a wristband at the register once you check out.
Socks are REQUIRED, No exceptions! No outside food or drinks allowed. No food or drinks on or near the mats.
Soft play schedule -> Ages 0 - 2y 9:30 am to 10:30am.
Open play for all ages 0 - 5y 10:30 to 1:30

It’s funny how we’ll give big corporations chance after chance. They can mess up our order 2–3 times, keep us waiting, get it wrong again… and we still go back without a second thought.

But when a small business makes a mistake?
Suddenly it’s a 1-star review, a social media blast, and a promise to “never return again.”

Why is that?

The truth is, owning a small business—especially in food and beverage—is exhausting. We don’t have corporate budgets, extra staff on call, or endless resources. We’re humans doing our absolute best while wearing every hat: owner, manager, cook, accountant, dishwasher, cashier, and crisis-solver.

We show up tired, we show up stressed, we show up even when it feels impossible… because we love what we do and we care deeply about our community.

But in an economy like this, it’s harder than ever. Costs keep going up. Labor is tough. Supplies fluctuate every single week. One bad review can genuinely hurt us. One slow weekend can set us back more than people realize.

Small businesses need their communities now more than ever.
We need grace, patience, and understanding—the same grace we freely give to major corporations every day.

When you support a small business, you’re not just buying a product. You’re helping someone’s dream stay alive. You’re supporting local families. You’re keeping money circulating in your own community. Small businesses strengthen the local economy far more than any corporation ever will.

So the next time a small business makes a mistake, remember: we’re human. Give us the chance to make it right. Show up for the places that show up for you.

This Saturday is our send off party before we move to Dover❤️🫂 We would greatly appreciate it if you would come out and support the cafe before the big move.
We will also have soft play so bring the kiddos and bring friends!
If you can’t make it Saturday stop in Sunday the 23rd (last day!) and grab lunch!

It’s our FINAL WEEK in Milford!
Our last day open will be 11/23 as we get ready to reopen in Dover!

Thank you for all the love, Milford. Stop in this week, grab your favorites, snag some açaí bowls for home, and help us make this last week a memorable one! 💜

We are so happy to announce that we have a new partner! .macarons will be available at our new Dover location! We love Brooke and her amazing macarons and we are so happy to have them at our new location to come ❤️
