OUR 3 LOCATIONS

1. The Colonnade

Our homebase in Milan, Ohio is climate-controlled and seats 50 to 700 guests. Best for hosting traditional 5-hour events (any time of year; rain or shine!). Usually the best option for corporate or community functions and wedding parties with larger guest counts.


2. Millsite Lodge

Tucked away from the road tucked away from the city, historic Millsite Lodge is world of its own. Our 25-acre countryside location features full-weekend wedding experiences with full-weekend lodging for up to 30 VIP guests, catered rehearsal dinner, the wedding ceremony itself, and reception. Castalia/Sandusky, Ohio.


3. The Oak at Millsite Farm

Immaculate 1880s grain barn seating 175 guests, and home to a majestic 390-year-old Ohio oak tree (we think it’s the perfect canopy for staging wedding ceremonies)! Everybody knows about our event design/decor option. Our designer studies the Pinterest board you’ll submit, and synthesizes a visual concept for your party or reception. We'll handle the flowers, the centerpieces, the linens and table draping, etc. We set the scene and we take it down.
