The flip side to my disappointment in yesterdays client inquiry .
Today I’m excited to be installing an adorable Safari theme event. Which a exceptionally grateful client that not only appreciate the time and effort put into her event but tipped me generously 💕
I’m so grateful for her generosity I created a little extra something 🎈

I've been diligently working on the decor for tomorrow's event and am eager to showcase the installation. However, I'd like to share a frustrating experience with a potential client who contacted me through my website. Despite my preference for professional communication, the conversation that followed was disappointing. The client boasted about organizing over 75 events annually across the Northeast but demonstrated a lack of respect when I requested a phone call to finalize details such as column placement, colors, timing, and location addresses. As seen in the second-to-last email, she refused to spare the time for a call and opted to find another vendor instead. I found her behavior unprofessional and disrespectful, implying that I didn't have other clients or commitments.

A brief excursion to Mechanicsburg yesterday to install this lovely garland. Not my typical style, as I usually color block, but this mixed them all up. However, the result was stunning, complementing their fireplace beautifully. Graduation party 2026 🎉

Not my typical balloon post. Today I want to slow down and appreciate the slow time. Balloons bring me joy, but my daughter and son-in-law brought me a new joy in March. So today I am savoring the slow time and not worrying because my balloon schedule is not booked this weekend. Today I am enjoying my new grandchild; she brings me immense joy, different from balloons, yet deeper. So I say to all my wonderful friends and clients, find your joy and hold onto it. Appreciate the slow times.

I was privileged to provide balloon decorations at a charming venue today, further enhancing its allure. As a guest at the bridal shower, the experience was made even more memorable. The Coop, with its distinctive rustic ambiance and crystal chandeliers, is my preferred venue for balloon arrangements, exuding elegance. Collaborating with my childhood friend Jodi Lynn, we transformed the space into a picturesque setting for today's celebration. Flower Bar was exquisite.
