JCS Events is a female-owned event planning and design company built by a mother and daughters with a passion for creating unforgettable experiences.

What began in 2021 as a balloon décor and backdrop business quickly evolved into a full-service luxury event company through Jennifer’s creative vision and our love for beautiful design. With Chloe’s background in culinary arts and business, we expanded into curated dessert experiences, event coordination, styling, and seamless event ex*****on.

After years of serving clients in Corpus Christi, Texas, we are proud to officially bring JCS Events to Midland, Texas.

Our first full-service Midland event — a beautifully curated graduation celebration for Rayven — marked the beginning of an exciting new chapter for our company, and we cannot wait to continue creating timeless celebrations across West Texas.

Celebrating Rayven's Graduation in Midland! 🎓✨

What an incredible way to kick off our first event here in Midland, Texas!

We had the absolute pleasure of celebrating Rayven's graduation yesterday at the beautiful Midland Country Club, and the energy was nothing short of magic.

From the initial planning to the final floral tuck, every detail was designed to honor this huge milestone. Here’s a look at what went into this custom graduation package:
🌟 The JCS Touch
• The Ultimate Dessert Scene: We designed a custom tablescape featuring three dozen curated desserts, perfectly coordinated with the amazing cupcake baker, Lauryn's Next-Door Cottage.
• Premium Backdrop #1: A sophisticated setup featuring dual Chiara panels adorned with fresh florals and custom signage.
• The Showstopper (Backdrop #2): Located right behind the dessert table, this 8ft x 8ft premium installation featured an organic garland of over 350 balloons with delicate floral inserts. We also worked closely with the family’s banner designer to seamlessly integrate their custom artwork into the design.
• The Details: Full coordination of guest tables with elegant linens and runners to tie the decor together. A custom QR code for guest to share photos. Full service vendor coordination to reduce the stress and assure a seamless event!

🤝 A Collaborative Success
Events of this scale truly take a village. We want to extend a massive Thank You to all the vendors who helped bring the fun:
• The wonderful staff at Midland Country Club for the stunning venue and hospitality.
• Playland Party Rentals providing the popcorn and cotton candy machines—they were a huge hit!
• The large yard game vendor, Playstation Party Rentals for keeping the celebration lively.

Our JCS Events Posada was a night to remember!
Our setup featured:

✨ Shimmering gold accent walls.
✨ A red and gold balloon garland.
Sustainability Spotlight: Check out that 7ft balloon wreath! We first built this at the start of December. Because we use professional-grade materials, our balloons last 4–6 weeks.
