OFFICIAL STATEMENT
In the interest of transparency and to prevent speculation or misinformation, I am publicly confirming that my employment with Pumpjack Saloon was terminated effective 3/24/26.
I believe this termination was wrongful and I do not agree with the decision or the circumstances surrounding it. However, I acknowledge that the business has chosen to end the working relationship.
During my time there, I was directly involved in operational development, program creation, systems implementation, and supporting the day-to-day growth of the establishment. I stand fully behind the professionalism, standards, and value of the work I contributed.
While I respectfully disagree with the decision, I do wish Pumpjack Saloon success in their future endeavors. As one door closes, others open, and I am choosing to take this as an opportunity to pursue better opportunities for myself and my family.
I also want to clarify that the recipes, menu development, and systems I created during my time there were my own work and are no longer associated with the restaurant. Moving forward, I am not affiliated with Pumpjack Saloon, and any current or future offerings should not be attributed to me.
It is important to me to preserve an accurate public record of both my role and the manner in which my employment ended. I trust that any statements or representations made regarding my employment, performance, or departure will be responsible, factual, and made in good faith.
This statement is intended to formally document my separation and should not be interpreted as a waiver of any rights, claims, or considerations available to me.
I remain focused on moving forward, building new opportunities, and continuing the work I take pride in.
Thank you to the customers, supporters, and colleagues who showed respect and encouragement during my time there.
I fully plan to continue on with my endeavors with Texas Outlaw BBQ and look forward to continuing to serve my local communities.
