💙 Now it's time to pull napkins!

This couple chose a beautiful combination of dark blue and light blue, adding the perfect touch of color to their reception.

And now comes the fun part... tying knots. Lots and lots of knots. 😄

It's one of those details that seems small, but when every place setting is finished, it brings the whole room together. Every knot is tied by hand, one napkin at a time, creating a polished look that guests will notice the moment they walk into the barn.

✨ Every wedding has its own style, and today it's all about making the sweetheart table uniquely theirs.

We're changing things up with soft blue drapery, keeping the rustic brown sign with crisp white lettering, and removing the backdrop for a clean, elegant look. No pampas grass this time—just the details our couple envisioned.

And the best part? Tomorrow, after the wedding, we'll bring our ceremony backdrop inside and place it behind the couple's table for a completely different look. It's one backdrop, two beautiful purposes.

That's one of the things we love most about weddings—there isn't just one way to do it. Every celebration is a reflection of the couple, and we're here to help bring that vision to life.

🎂 No cake? No problem.

One of the best things about weddings today is that couples are making their own traditions.

For years, a wedding cake was considered a must-have. But today? There are no rules. Some couples choose donuts, cookies, cupcakes, an ice cream bar... and some decide they don't want dessert at all.

This couple chose to skip the cake, so we simply rolled the cake stand away and made room for what mattered most to them.

Next up is the section closest to the bar. That means more tables to prep, more chairs to adjust, more charger plates to place, and more little details to make sure everything is just right before our guests arrive.

Wedding setup is definitely a workout... and I'm absolutely getting my steps in today! 😄

After each seating card is placed on our vintage mirror, we add a small piece of tape to the back to make sure every name stays securely in place throughout the day.

It may seem like a tiny detail, but it's one of the many behind-the-scenes steps that help everything look perfect from the moment your guests arrive until the last dance.

One of our favorite parts of wedding setup day is bringing a couple's vision to life—one piece at a time.

Today we're creating the seating chart on our vintage mirror. Each guest's name is carefully placed, then finished with beautiful blue wax seals that add the perfect elegant touch.

It's a simple detail, but it's one of the first things your guests see as they enter the reception. It welcomes them, builds excitement, and lets them know they're part of something truly special.

💃 Sometimes you've just got to let your hair down and dance for a minute. 💃

Wedding days are filled with timelines, details, questions, and making sure everything unfolds exactly the way the couple envisioned it. From the first arrival to the last dance, we're focused on keeping the day running smoothly so our couples can simply enjoy every moment.

But every now and then, a great song comes on...

And of course, Twiggy has to sneak in a quick dance. 😄
