Mannnnn this week was a week!!!! 13 jobs in 7 days. Including 3 on Saturday, 3 on Sunday, and 2 on Monday… just blessed.

Starting of Monday by passing our health inspection AGAIN (yerrrp) Then Tuesday we had the food truck at Fed Ex and served 200 of their wonderful staff and team. On Wednesday we did a fundraiser for a high school student at Odessa High School for her college scholarship (shout out to Sanai Mosley 💪🏾)

Thursday we catered a senior brunch at Early College High School, then rocked out in a neighborhood with the food truck that night. And Friday we had the food truck at Dover High

Saturday we had the food truck at a community day event, and that evening we catered a 30th birthday party for while at the same time in another city catered a cocktail hour for a fashion show at the Delaware Contemporary Art Museum

Sunday, right back at it. Catered a baby shower brunch in the morning, then catered a “senior’s” brunch for the NAACP Middletown Delaware chapter, then took the food truck to St. Andrew’s School to serve those wonderful kids lunch.

Finally on Monday we kicked off teacher appreciation week by catering breakfast for 170 teachers at Appo High School. Then catered dinner for a Red Clay District meeting.

Also, shout out to Marissa and the team from . We ALWAYS love working with them, and they keep us gainfully employed 🥰 love you guys

We were in GRIND MODE ALL WEEK. Shoutout to my excellent team from Tammy, to our coordinator .mcc1 to our incredible staff. Couldn’t do any of this without them. BUT we’re not done yet! Stay tuned

This past weekend we were ROLLING!!!! Saturday we had 3 events and Sunday we had 2 events. Baby showers, wine pairings and a women’s history day food truck event at Target.

Last weekend we had the pleasure and opportunity to cater Chloe’s Sweet 16 Birthday Party in Middletown Delaware At the These parties are some of my favorite to cater because the energy and atmosphere is so incredible.

When we’re together it’s like the magic just happens.

What an incredible week. We catered or had the food truck at 11 events in 7 days.

Valentines Day event in Chesapeake City Maryland on Sunday for Bohemia Manor Farm. (Thank you for the bottle of wine 🍷 by the way 🙏🏾)

Catered Italian lunch for Life House Church on Monday

Tuesday we opened the truck for Lunch for the teachers at Everett Meredith Middle School. Then did Mardi Gras Nawlins Cuisine on our 2nd truck at the Foodie Park for dinner

Thursday, catered lunch at legislative hall in Dover Delaware. Then catered for a funeral repast. Then catered a black history month dinner at Tower Hill School

Friday, we did a soul food theme menu on the food truck at a local school. Then for dinner catered for the amazing at the Delaware State University Presidents House

THEN… Saturday we took the food truck to a housing development for a special day for their residents. And lastly, catered a surprise 40th birthday party for dinner.

This snowstorm came at the right time… because we’re exhausted 🥱 ❄️ ⛄️

Thank you to my coordinator .mcc1 for organizing and keeping us on track. for prepping, organizing, leading for our events. My team, for being so special, working hard, and representing our brand so well. Lastly, thank you to our clients for trusting us to execute your event.

All I can say is WOW and THANK YOU! Our Valentine’s Day fundraiser was a HUGE SUCCESS. We were able to raise $500 towards helping Sleep In Heavenly Peace organization to begin the process of building beds for kids in need. AND with the other guests in attendance that donated there was a grand total of $800 that was raised and donated ❤️

So many Thank You’s are in order. for the venue space and helping us promote the event. for ALWAYS and I mean ALWAYS supporting us with all of our community outreach events. They donated the decor for the event. Love you guys so much. .your.eyes for being there for the beginning and supporting us, donating the photo booth service and also donating $250 towards the cause. Thank you to for ALWAYS coming through for us and donating that beautiful, delicious cake. AND THANK YOU to EVERYONE who purchased a ticket to make this night a success. You could have been anywhere on Valentine’s Day and we’re honored that you chose to be with us.

From dinner to our finish the lyric game, to dancing…. A time was had. We can’t wait to host our next fundraiser

Last night we catered 2 drop off events. The first was for Christ The Cornerstone Church for their Valentine’s Marriage Retreat Dinner for 45 guests. They requested our “Mama Mia” catering package, which is our Italian 🇮🇹 themed menu. For this particular group, we made this a Gluten Free meal. Including our pan seared chicken parm, rather than fried, Caesar Salad with croutons on the side and some Gluten Free desserts.

Next we delivered an intimate dinner for 6 for , before she starts her campaign for District 9 State Representative Campaign.

The day before the big ❄️ storm we had a job for the First State Military Academy Football 🏈 Team at the Correctional Officers Association Of Delaware located in Dover Delaware. The event was for 70 guests, which included players, coaches, and family members.

They requested the food to just be delivered. BUT, we’ve been doing this so long that we know how to read the room. With TEENAGE BOYS 🤭 and they’re FOOTBALL PLAYERS 🤭🤭 That food would have been gone in 10 minutes 😂. So we brought 2 of our staff members to assist in serving.

We also brought the food truck to cook the Fried Chicken FRESH… from the fryer to the buffet. A great time was had, and we even made it home before the storm hit.
