Last week was full of catering, fall fests and mentoring our youth.
Last Thursday we catered a corporate luncheon at a local state park in Delaware … which is always fun. Some of the featured items were BBQ Jerk Chicken, Jamaican Beef Patties, Vegetable Summer Rolls, Sautéed Curry Veggie’s stuffed in pita bread and Rice and Peas.
Then we traveled to Pennsylvania on Friday to cater a surprise 70th birthday party for 35 guests. The menu was Rosemary Garlic & Herb Chicken, Redskin Mashed Potatoes, Hickory Smoked Green Beans, Fried Cauliflower.

Then Sunday 🫣… we had the food truck at at fall fest, catered a bridal shower at , then catered a wedding for this beautiful couple , then I had the privilege of talking about being an entrepreneur and being a guest judge for Shark Tank .. the kids edition. Through . The kids had 30 minutes to create their own business and pitch it to myself and 2 other wonderful judges. I HAD SUCH A GREAT TIME… and those kids ideas were INCREDIBLE!
