This past weekend we catered a country style wedding for 160 guests, and it was a plated style service. Which we rarely do, but my team did such an amazing job.

It was also really fun to work alongside our food truck family… who did the appetizers and who did the dessert.

The night was filled with love and fun.

But, I really want to give a HUGE shoutout to my team. The job they did was incredible. Doing a plated style dinner isn’t easy, and you guys handled it perfectly.

Come on out and bring the kiddies for fun, candy from the decorated cars , bouncy house, dinner from Out Of The Ordinary Catering Mobile Food Truck and ice cream from The Brain Freezer.

Last week was full of catering, fall fests and mentoring our youth.

Last Thursday we catered a corporate luncheon at a local state park in Delaware … which is always fun. Some of the featured items were BBQ Jerk Chicken, Jamaican Beef Patties, Vegetable Summer Rolls, Sautéed Curry Veggie’s stuffed in pita bread and Rice and Peas.

Then we traveled to Pennsylvania on Friday to cater a surprise 70th birthday party for 35 guests. The menu was Rosemary Garlic & Herb Chicken, Redskin Mashed Potatoes, Hickory Smoked Green Beans, Fried Cauliflower.

Saturday we had the food truck at ✌🏾 fall fests

Then Sunday 🫣… we had the food truck at at fall fest, catered a bridal shower at , then catered a wedding for this beautiful couple , then I had the privilege of talking about being an entrepreneur and being a guest judge for Shark Tank .. the kids edition. Through . The kids had 30 minutes to create their own business and pitch it to myself and 2 other wonderful judges. I HAD SUCH A GREAT TIME… and those kids ideas were INCREDIBLE!

We’ll be giving away FREE POPCORN 🍿 and FREE COKE BEVERAGES to the kids.

After we catered a beautiful wedding last Saturday night, we catered a private breakfast Sunday morning. Our clients ordered our “Wake Up Call” catering package.

We pulled the Food Truck up to their home and cooked everything Fresh!!!! We made French Waffles, Buttermilk Pancakes 🥞, Turkey Bacon 🥓, Pork Sausage, Scrambled Eggs 🥚 and Breakfast Potatoes 🥔. Along with Coffee and Orange 🍊 Juice

We have a LOT going on at the Foodie Park this month.

Starting with this Friday October 10th… we’re doing Movies Under The Stars. We’ll provide the Free Popcorn and Coke Beverages. Brain Freezer will be open for your ice cream option, and Out Of The Ordinary Catering will be open for dinner.

Saturday October 11th The Foodie Park will be hosting a 1st Annual community day kids event for Sleep In Heavenly Peace. Tons of kids activities, great vendors, and of course Brain Freezer and Out Of The Ordinary Catering will be open for lunch and dessert.

Then on Tuesday October 28th, The Foodie Park will be hosting its 1st Annual Trunk or Treat 🎃 🍭 . Cone on out with the kids dressed in their Halloween Gear, visit all of the cars decked out in their Halloween costumes and get some delicious candy. And of course The Brain Freezer and Out Of The Ordinary Catering will be open for dinner and dessert. So come on out and have a Ghoul time at the Foodie Park (I couldn’t help myself 🤦🏾‍♂️🤷🏾‍♂️)
