Catering Update:

We all know that food prices are higher than ever...everywhere & I don't get it free or at a discount.

With that being said, PLEASE stop contacting me for catering services that are simply impossible to provide based on your budgets.

As your caterer, I will personally purchase, prep, prepare and in some cases, provide full service for you & your guests...all of these services are at a COST.

If you only want to spend $5 per guest, I suggest the $5 bundle @ Wendys. If you only want to spend $10 per guest, I would recommend McDonald's. They have a larger selection of $10 meals. I'm not being rude or disrespectful...simply upfront & honest.
I own & operate a REAL business, so please come realistically when requesting my services.

When requesting services from an independent cook/chef/caterer, etc., PLEASE take into CONSIDERATION the following:

1.) Current Food & Supply costs
2.) Menu ideas
3.) Your requests vs. your budget
4.) Average cost per meal: $12+
5.) Deposits & Full payments GUARANTEE the date & services
6.) This is a business...even though we tend to make it personal. Business ethnics still apply.

Preparing fresh & delicious food is our main goal. We take pride in our work & enjoy doing it. We look forward to providing great food & service at your next event.
