🚤 MARINE TECHNICIAN – OWNERSHIP OPPORTUNITY
Are you tired of the hustle and bustle of working for someone else?

Do you have experience working on boats, installing marine electronics, troubleshooting marine systems, or doing custom boat rigging?

Have you ever thought about what it would be like to help build a marine service business—and have the opportunity to own a piece of what you help build?

At The Fishing Hunting Store / Miller’s Outdoors, we believe that when employees have a stake in what they're building, everyone works together as a stronger team toward the same goal. That's why we're looking for more than just another employee. We're looking for the right person to grow with us.

We are expanding our Marine Service & Boat Rigging Department in Middleton, Wisconsin, and we're looking for an experienced, professional, and motivated Marine Technician.

This isn't just another technician position.

For the right person, we're offering the opportunity to join our team with the potential to earn an ownership stake in our growing marine service operation.

We're looking for experience or knowledge in:

Boat winterization & shrink wrapping
Outboard service & maintenance
Fish finder and graph installation
Garmin, Humminbird & Lowrance electronics
LiveScope & forward-facing sonar
Trolling motor installation
Batteries, chargers & marine wiring
Transducer installation
12V electrical troubleshooting
Boat accessories & custom rigging
Trailer accessories, lighting & service
General boat maintenance and setup

We're looking for someone who is dependable, mechanically skilled, professional with customers, and takes pride in quality workmanship.

Just as importantly, we're looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset—someone who doesn't simply want to punch a clock, but wants to help make decisions, grow the operation, build a reputation, and share in what we accomplish together.

DON'T JUST WORK FOR A BUSINESS.
HELP BUILD ONE.

If you're ready for something different and want to discuss the possibility of helping build a marine service operation you could have an ownership stake in, we'd like to talk with you.
