Our property has been the host of many occasions over the past 25 years, large and small, and we are very excited to open it up for others in the community. Sitting on 15 acres, this outdoor venue has a secluded feel with mature trees and manicured landscaping. It is a lush and neutral blank slate with an abundance of photo opportunities and gathering

places. Pricing will include 12-hour rental, two wedding party suites, and tables and chairs for up to 100 guests. Max capacity 150.

We’re looking for hardworking, thoughtful individuals to join our team and help bring magic to every wedding and event we host.

The Part-Time Event Staff role involves:

✔️ Physical work — setting up, tearing down, and maintaining event spaces
✔️ Working directly with clients and guests during weddings and events
✔️ Weekend shifts (usually Saturdays)
✔️ Commitment to providing an exceptional experience for every guest

We take pride in what we do and expect a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.

A thank you to our amazing team ❤️

Last night, we toasted to our third season of Willow Creek with our staff and their families 🥂

When we first opened, we thought about the help we'd need to deliver the best experience to our future couples. The hours required, skillsets needed, and personalities to blend together.

And with each season, we've found that, and then some. We've found more incredible people who carry out the vision we had for the venue and have become family in the process.

We couldn't do this without them, and we are so grateful ✨️ Here's to the steady presence wearing the STAFF badge working behind the scenes. We see you, and we thank you!!
