Hey guys.... how about..."FREEZE MOTION PHOTOGRAPHY"

If you want to freeze the motion of a moving subject may need a shutter speed of 1/200 sec. and a wider aperture. So get out of Auto mode in your camera and start experimenting.

You want to get your shutter speed and aperture to work together to get the sharpest photo freezing the motion. The faster the shutter the less light will be let in so widening the aperture will allow for more light to be let in.

As a general rule, to freeze movement in photography choose the fastest shutter speed that you can while letting the best lighting in.

Photography can be used as a way to slowdown...meditate...become closer to your creator...express yourself and style. By reflecting on the visual awareness of your surroundings you can gain insight into yourself and the subjects around you. Take time to deliberately approach your subject with a new heightened imagination. Possibly framing a portion, shoot at a new angle, or completely different visual approach.

Myself...I chase reflections!
