I’ve been channeling some NOLA dishes this week for Mardi Gras ! Creole spiced , pan seared catfish with andouille cream sauce over “dirty rice “ with andouille , peppers and onions . Definitely takes me to NOLA ! Made some gumbo too !

Merry Christmas to all !
We miss you all and hope you have a wonderful holiday ! This has been a very different year for us and we’ve missed hosting all your holiday celebrations at Watermark this year . We’re so thankful for all of you that have hired me this year to cater your weddings and events and celebration dinners ! it’s been wonderful to be cooking and still getting to see so many of your faces . We look forward to a new year and Any opportunities to cook for you again ! Please keep us in mind for any celebrations in the new year !
