Anex Office Signs 11,000 Square Foot Lease
at Brickell Bay Office Tower in Miami, FL
Executive office suites provider brings upscale alternative workspace to downtown Miami’s Brickell Financial District.
MIAMI, FL – June XX, 2014 – Brickell Bay Office Tower, a 32-story, class A office tower located directly on Biscayne Bay in downtown Miami’s Brickell Financial District, has finalized an 11,000-square-foot lease agreement with Miami-based executive office suites provider Anex Office. This will be the shared office provider’s third upscale alternative workspace location in the Miami area. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Anex Office will occupy a full floor at Brickell Bay Office Tower, marking the latest in a string of Miami companies moving into office space at the 280,500-square-foot tower. The building is also home to such international tenants as AON, one of the world’s leading provider of risk management and insurance services, as well as the British Consulate, NEC Corporation and Domus Prime Services. The new lease brings the tower to 92% occupancy. Brickell Bay Office Tower has maintained a 90%-plus occupancy rate for the last several years.
