We had prepared buffet for the most important Company and Institutions of Santo Domingo Capital of Dominican Republic. Besides that we had prepared private banquet for important person in 2000, like The Former President of Venezuela Carlos Andres Perez . Our extensive variety of food comes from my parents that comes from Spain, as well as the influence of my country's food the Dominican Republic.

I was Cooking teacher of the customers of Rubb and Stucky company at the Culinary Center in Bonita Spring, Fl. I had the privilege of being invited by the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce to be one of the Speaker of the Annual Women Business Conference, at Naples Beach Resort in Naples Florida in 2012. In 2004 we moved to Florida since that we have been doing hundreds of Caterings, weeding etc. Our extensive variety of food comes from my father that comes from Spain, as well as the influence of my country's food the Dominican Republic.
