About Us
We are a family owned business in Miami Florida that is passionate about producing once in a lifetime events and creating relationships with our clients. Our company was created by our founders Ivan and Vanessa Rivera in the midst of the economic downturn of 2008. When the local economy was dim Ivan and Vanessa saw the opportunity to create a company that would dare to be different and set the standard for others to follow. Our founders wore many hats through out the years and still do until this day. Ivan and Vanessa’s vision and hands on experience are now multiplied by our team of compassionate professionals that are ready to make your upcoming event one you’ll never forget.

🏝️ Beach Wedding? Here are some things you should know if you're getting married on the beach 👰🤵 Between the ocean and the wind blowing, the beach can be a noisy place. You'll definitely need a DJ to provide microphones and speakers to overcome this obstacle and other unforseen issues that may arise. Here are 4 reasons why you need a DJ with the right equipment for your Beach Ceremony... 1. You will want your guests to hear what's going on at the altar during your ceremony and especially when exchanging your vows. 2. Providing background music while your guests arrive before the ceremony begins will not only set the mood but will also entertain your guests while sitting and waiting for the ceremony to begin. 3. After months of planning and selecting songs, you'll want to be able to hear your special song while walking down the aisle. 4. Keep in mind there is no electricity at the beach and this is one of the many reasons why you should have the right DJ with the right equipment to provide these services for your Beach ceremony. If you hire live musicians for your ceremony they will be able plug their music equipment into the DJs speaker system. Be sure to ask your DJ about this. Your DJ will be there queuing in all the songs precisely at the right time. Typically there are four songs you need to select for your ceremony.... The bridal party song, the bride's song while walking down the aisle and once you're pronounced the new Mr and Mrs be sure to have a special song to exit your ceremony when your ceremony ends. Baby Abigail was welcomed in with amazing catering stations like a crepe station, taco station, tostones station, and bartender services all provided by us here at Rivera Events 🤩.
Our Bartenders provided specialty drinks that included Prosecco with freshly squeezed grapefruit lemons, blueberries, blackberries, and herbal leaves 🍹
