2,000+ EVENTS. AND WE’RE JUST GETTING STARTED.
September 2009 marked the beginning of Premier Beverage Catering, and today I’m incredibly proud to celebrate 17 years in business here in South Florida.
What started as a passion for hospitality and creating memorable events has opened more doors than I could have ever imagined—not only for me, but for so many people who have worked alongside me throughout this journey.
Over the years, Premier Beverage Catering has continued to evolve. We expanded our services, launched Espresso Bar, created new experiences for our clients, and the opportunities and relationships built through PBC even helped open the door for me to partner up and launch Alpha Security Operations —another company that has grown incredibly quickly.
When I look back, I realize that none of this happens without trust. Trust from clients who called us for their first event and continued calling us year after year. Trust from planners, venues, brands, schools, businesses, families, and community partners who allowed our team to be part of their most important moments.
Since 2009, we have had the opportunity to cater and execute more than 2,000 events, from intimate celebrations to large-scale productions—and I can truly say I’ve loved being part of every one of them. Every event taught us something, introduced us to someone new, and helped shape Premier Beverage Catering into what it is today.
To every client who booked us, every person who referred us, every team member who put on the uniform, every partner who believed in an idea, and everyone who has supported us along the way—THANK YOU. ❤️

South Florida has been our home from day one, and I look forward to continuing to grow, evolve, give back, create opportunities, and serve this community for many more years.
