🚨This Sunday! Listen up!
Commissioner Alex Fernandez
and the Greater Miami LGBT
Chamber of Commerce invite you to the Forever Pride March in Miami Beach!
EQUALITY
The Miami Beach rainbow crosswalk has served as the entranceway to our free Pride festival since its inception in 2018, welcoming thousands of LGBTQ+ friends and allies into a safe space of self-expression, camaraderie and unity in our diversity.
Our mission was built on telling the community: You should be proud. Love yourself and be who you were born to be no matter what anyone else says.
Now the Governor and the State of Florida in conjunction with the Trump administration are combating that ideology. They are not just erasing a sidewalk, rather they are trying to erase a symbol of our existence, to regress our society into a toxic mentality that LGBTQ+ people should not be allowed to exist.
We can’t stand by and allow this to happen.
We are not politely asking-we are asking-we are urgently imploring you: stand with us, walk with us, in solidarity.
Join us as we once again rise to defend our most basic human rights to be seen, acknowledged and recognized. We refuse to be invisible. We will continue to rise up against bigotry-not just for ourselves, but for every child growing up in a world where their government should protect them, not permit hate and discrimination by erasing symbols of our existence.
🌈Forever Proud. Forever HERE 🌈
