There’s something extra special about creating a birthday party that feels completely them.

For Kimaya’s 5th birthday, we took the things she loves and turned them into a celebration made just for her. Her favorite colors, K-pop inspiration, a little sparkle and personalized details throughout the entire party.

Because at Creative Twist, a theme is just the starting point! We love getting to know the birthday child, finding those little things that make them light up and turning them into a custom birthday party that couldn’t belong to anyone else.

Happy Birthday to JC! ❤️

Today we’re celebrating the person who has been beside me through every crazy idea, every late night, every event, every challenge, and every little win along the way.

Creative Twist has been such a huge part of our lives for the past 10 years, and while you may not always see him front and center, JC has been behind so much of it! supporting me, encouraging me, helping me figure things out, loading and unloading more things than I can possibly count 😂, and believing in my ideas even when they probably sounded a little crazy.

Building a business takes a village, and I know how lucky I am to have someone who has supported my dreams while building this life alongside me.

So today, this post is all about him. Happy Birthday, JC! Thank you for always being there, for our family, for me, and for Creative Twist. We love you so much.

Every time I have the chance, I try to challenge myself to create something different that I have never seen. Something that pushes me creatively.

I’ve always loved Matisse and what a perfect theme! hand-painted artwork, signature cocktails inspired by the artist, vibrant florals, cut out shapes inspired by his art. More than anything, this celebration reminded me why I love creating experiences that bring people together. There’s something special about watching an idea come to life and seeing others enjoy every thoughtful detail.
