Good Morning..To our loyal guests...

First off, we would like to thank you for the great welcome back to the Metairie community. We had a great first week, and look forward to many more. But, with every Grand Opening/Re-opening, it wasn't without its share of issues. We had a few bumps and bruises throughout the week. We would like to apologize for anyone who had issues visiting the store We know waits were a little long, and some issues with our register system and orders missing items. Although there is no excuse to not provide the level of service you expect, having a new owner, new management, a new crew, and of course the worst hiring time of the year (Tax season and Mardi Gras), made it really difficult at times to keep up. But we will get it together, and get on track, so you will have the level of a guest experience you have come to expect. So thank you once again for the support, we are still waiting on your return visit, and it's good to be back Metairie!!
