3 days. 1,000+ drinks. A lot of really great conversations.

We had the chance to work with Pennsylvania while they put together their bid to host the DNC in 2028—keeping their team (and a few other states 👀) caffeinated as they met, planned, and experienced New Orleans.

Espresso bar running all day, 130 espresso martinis flowing at night, countless teas… and somehow a few chocolate milks in the mix too.

This is the kind of stuff we love. Building something that feels branded, intentional, and actually adds to the room—not just another vendor in the corner.

And yeah… last slide we got to meet the godmother of soul, Ms. Patti LaBelle. Pretty unreal.

Not every event fits inside a mobile coffee cart —

This one required a full café build-out in order to serve 1,000 plus — and that’s exactly what we delivered 👊🏾

We transformed an entire bar space into a high-volume event café with three espresso stations operating in the main café, while a dedicated coffee cart in the VIP area provided a more personal, white-glove experience.
In total: 4 espresso machines, 4 grinders, and a 6-person professional bar team, supported by an 8-person crew handling load-in and load-out.

From corporate events and brand activations to large-scale gatherings, we specialize in professional coffee catering, mobile café installations, and full coffee bar takeovers—without sacrificing speed, quality, or hospitality.

Cold weather, warm drinks, and a custom coffee cart built just for the girls of . We had a great time serving at their private event on campus — layers were worn, coffee was necessary, and the vibes were solid despite the temperature.

Every detail was tailored to fit their space and their day. We always enjoy being part of Pi Phi events, and this one was no exception. Simple setup, great energy, really good coffee… and yes, everyone hovered near the bar for warmth.
