Turns out, it’s kinda chic to do inventory. 📦💻

📣 Huge shoutout to our incredible crew, who temporarily traded their day-to-day routines at our onsite hotel properties to join us in the warehouse for our big inventory count.

Taking a step back from daily operations to get an exact count of our stock is essential for a few big reasons:

⚜ Unmatched Reliability: Knowing exactly what supplies and amenities we have on hand means our hotel properties never run short on what guests need.

⚜ Peak Efficiency: It keeps our supply chain running smooth, eliminates waste, and makes sure every property gets its restocks right on schedule.

⚜ Team Synergy: Stepping out of daily site roles to work together in the main hub gives everyone a full view of our entire operation from the ground up.

The coolest part? Doing this periodic cross-departmental swap breaks up the routine, brings different teams together, and gives our crew a fresh perspective on how their daily work on property connects to the bigger supply chain picture.

It takes serious teamwork to count every single item, and this team crushed it. Thank you to everyone who stepped up to make it happen! 👏

We cleaned, built out, and lit up! The client walkthrough was a success! 🎉

We spent a few days sweeping the warehouse, setting up custom sets, and dialing in moving lights with branded gobos to give our guests an exclusive, behind-the-scenes walkthrough during last week's meeting.

There’s nothing quite like turning an open warehouse floor into an interactive experience to really show clients what’s possible.

Huge shoutout to the team for pulling out all the stops. On to the next project!

When clients ask how Royal Productions differs from standard AV providers, we point them to what our artistic fabrication team builds behind the scenes.

We recently wrapped year four at SEC Media Days, but this time was special: the client asked us for creative solutions.

Rather than setting up the usual flat LED backdrop others use, our team engineered a multi-depth scenic experience built around a central LED wall. We integrated a custom 7-foot LED circle with controllable acrylic lighting, dynamic curved standing stage elements, underlit curved stairs, and high-lumen, true-color laser projection screens.

The real win wasn't just how it looked coming in the door, it was how dynamic it became live. We utilized every lighting element and screen to instantly adapt the stage to each individual team’s branding as they took the floor.

It created a level of depth and immersion a standard single-wall setup just can't match.

Grateful for clients who trust us to innovate, and a team that turns creative freedom into reality.

to 2024! 🎸✨ Rocking the Boston Consulting Group Winter Retreat at the Grand Hyatt Nashville.

When our clients want a concert experience, we don't just bring the standard A/V, we elevate the entire vibe (literally!). For this group, we took things to the next level by raising everything to 32 inches, including our circular stage thrust complete with LED underglow and a customized red-carpet train for the steps.

Behind the band, our custom circle CNC panels and black drape popping vibrant red with the Color Force 72 lights, creating the perfect high-energy backdrop. 🕺Toss in a premium dance floor brought in by the DMC team, and you’ve got a luxury property transformed into a world-class venue.
