Happy St. Patrick’s Day! El Chuco is celebrating with a weekly special. Come get it for lunch in Mesquite today or this week at 4401 North Beltline Rd. in Mesquite you can find us in CCK’s “Back Lot”. The special is a smoked corned beef street taco with caramelized onions, glazed with Guinness, beer, smoked cabbage, beer battered, jalapeño strips and topped with queso fresco and salsa verde. The luck of the Irish mixed with Mexican flair!
