New flavors are on the shelves and in the stores. Naranja is dark and silky at 80% with a lilting orange gliding through to the last bite. Calabaza, that's our Erica, is my interpretation of a pumpkin empanada, my absolute favorite Mexican pastry. Plenty of Clove and Nutmeg and a hint of White Pepper to boost the spice.
Be sure to pick up a bar or two at any of your AJ's Fine Foods or neighborhood boutiques.

There is nothing like the aroma of fresh green chili on the grill. When you walk into Hatch-It Green Chili Burger your mouth begins to water with the green chili inciting your taste buds. Besure to check it out, it's a gem. Oh, and pick up a bar of Carolina's Chocolate to go.

Hello New Mexico, Carolina's Chocolate had a wonderful time in Cloudcroft again at the Art and Wine Show. It's always marvelous
at 9000 ft. Be sure to drop in to The Chili Pepper Institute in Las Cruces on the NMSU campus for your next bar of Carolina's Chocolate. If you stop at McGinn's famous PistachioLand in Alamogordo, New Mexico, grab a couple of Carolina's for the ride.
