To Our Valparaiso Community,

Yesterday, many of you noticed that we had to close at the Popcorn Festival earlier than planned. At the time, we weren’t able to share details, and yet the kindness and patience we received from this community was overwhelming. For that, we are deeply grateful.

It is with heavy hearts that we now share the reason. One of our long-time employees—part of our team for over 5 years—experienced a sudden medical emergency during the event and tragically passed away while being transported to the hospital. Another member of our staff was by his side.

This loss has shaken our entire team. While we cannot share more details at this time out of respect for his family, we ask for your continued understanding as we navigate the days ahead without someone who meant so much to us.

We also want to sincerely apologize to anyone disappointed by our early closure at the festival. Your compassion and blind support yesterday did not go unnoticed, and it means more to us than we can ever express.

Thank you for holding space for us, for respecting this moment of privacy, and for standing with us as a community.

Just4Jumps is hiring almost all positions. Delivery drivers, delivery helpers, bounce house cleaners, office positions, special events staff, carnival ride operators, full time/part time/seasonal/temp as needed.
If you are looking for a job that has a family and social environment this is the job for you. This is a mandatory weekend and holiday job, hours will always vary. We can work you as much as wanted. You will acquire at least 40 hours a week working in the summer, more if you would like. You need to be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds over your head consistently. Employees must have a working cell phone to use for GPS and clocking in and out on a daily basis.
Anyone driving a company vehicle must have a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
Anyone applying under the age of 18 must know that we work very late hours especially on holidays and special events.

Party on - RAIN or SHINE in our indoor event space located in Merrillville Indiana near the Mall. Birthdays, showers, graduations, or even celebration of life have become our specialty. We can help you decorate or you can DIY! You will receive 50% off any inflatable bounce house or game with the event space rental.
We can accommodate up to 100 people depending on type of event; rental includes tables and chairs based on availability with access to bathrooms and kitchen space (best for buffet style).
We also offer table cloth rentals, centerpieces, and anything else you may want to customize.
