🌿 Spring is here, and so is wedding season prep! 🌿
Now that the warmer weather has finally arrived, we’re hard at work getting the grounds ready for another beautiful season at The Rustic Red Barn. We’re so excited to make this space extra special for all of our wonderful couples who have chosen to say “I do” here! 💍
We’ve also been getting a lot of great questions lately, so we wanted to take a moment to answer a few of the most common ones:
✨ 1. Restrooms
At this time, we do not have guest restrooms on-site. Many of our previous couples have rented portable restrooms, and it has worked out very well. We do, however, have a private restroom in the bridal suite for the wedding party.
✨ 2. Pricing & What’s Included
Our weekend rental rate is $3,500, which includes:
• Seating for up to 130 guests
• 16 round tables + 3 eight-foot head tables
• Your choice of 2 ceremony arches
• 24 handcrafted 8-foot wooden benches
While we provide seating for 130 guests, the barn can comfortably accommodate up to 200 guests total, giving you flexibility to expand your guest list or bring in additional seating if needed.
✨ 3. Time to Set Up & Celebrate
You’ll have access from Wednesday before your event through Monday after—that’s a full 6 days to decorate, celebrate, and clean up without feeling rushed!
We do ask that all guests and events conclude, and the property is vacated, by midnight on the day of your wedding.
✨ 4. Tours
We’d love to show you around! Tours are typically available:
• Weekdays after 5 PM
• Weekends from 10 AM – 5 PM
