Hello bosque and surrounding counties! Seeing as this weekend is Father's day, we will have the smoker fired up with brisket and some sausage! The sides will be our homemade cole slaw and some very delicious pinto beans! The plates will come with a lb of sliced brisket, a half lb smoked sausage, both sides and a nice slice of Texas sweet corn bread! Plates will be $10 each and you must let me know if you want one by Saturday June 20th 12 pm as plates will be available for pickup starting at 5 pm later that day going through into Sunday June 21st (fathers day) until 4 pm no later! Please everyone have a blessed week and please message me and rsvp for a plate!

Hello everyone!!! It is coming around to cooking season fast! And amid all of this crazy all over the world, we welcome everyone to still put orders in and as soon as all of this is over with, we will start cooking! We have upgraded cookers over the winter months and cant wait to fire the smoker up for the first time this season!
